For Stellar Alchemy performers: Hotel Stay, HMUAs, Personal Photographers

As performers for STELLAR ALCHEMY, you have the option to hire hair and make-up artists to do your stage looks for the day, and/or hire personal photographers to catch your moment to shine on the stage! This year, we are also organizing a group discounted rate at Holiday Inn Express, a nearby hotel, in case you would like to book a room for yourself for the night before or night of Stellar.

Please take some time to make the necessary arrangements with the artists, photographers, and think about if you’d like to book the hotel room. Please find more details for each topic below.

Deadlines:

  • Hotel Stay: Please confirm by 10:00 pm on Monday, June 29, 2026.

  • HMUA and Photographers: Please submit by 10:00 pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026.


    After these deadlines, the respective forms will be closed, we will be submitting the names to the venue, and booking the rooms, so changes can no longer be made. Thank you for understanding!

Holiday Inn Express Stay

IMPT: Form closes at 10:00 pm on Monday, June 29, 2026.

For this year, we have made arrangements with a nearby hotel, Holiday Inn Express, to get a discounted rate for everyone booking accommodations on the night before and the night of Stellar. The hotel is near the entrance to the Newport Mall, where we will enter on the morning of Stellar.

We can get a discounted rate of Php 4900 per night, if we reach at least 10 rooms per night (not discounted, it’s Php 5124). Please fill up this form if you’d like to book with our group. We will update you via email for further updates like payment, etc.

Standard Room rate includes: Breakfast for two (2) people, one (1) complimentary parking slot per room, and is inclusive of VAT, service charge, and tax. Option for two (2) single beds or one (1) queen bed. Find more info on the hotel/amenities here.

Please only fill up this form if you are sure to book the room, as we will be paying for the rooms upfront, and collecting payment due on July 5, 2026. Please stay tuned for our email for this!

Hair and Make-up Artists:

  • Call time to follow (last year, it was 10:00 am)

  • Please indicate all the names of the team, as we will be making IDs for everyone, and they have to be approved by the venue.

  • Please indicate all the names of the students you’re sharing with. No need to fill up this form if the person you’re sharing a HMUA team with has already filled this up.

Personal Photographers:

  • Call time to follow

  • For personal photographers, we will provide them with a front row ticket to Stellar Alchemy, to get the best shots for the students that hire them! They may also attend Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) on Stellar day.

  • We ask for personal photographers to share a Google Drive link of all photos they took, so we can compile all the photos taken during Stellar Alchemy after the event.

  • They have the option to attend two more events during General Rehearsals on July 19, 2026, Sunday: Please RSVP for them through this form:
    >> PHOTOGRAPHERS WORKSHOP 9:00 am - 10:00 am An orientation on what to expect or look out for when photographing a pole and aerial recital. What moves to anticipate, etc. This is useful for photographers who have never taken photos of a pole and aerial recital before.
    >> GENERAL REHEARSAL PROPER 2:00 pm onwards Photographers may also attend General Rehearsals proper to preview your number, and practice taking your photos. Please RSVP for if they will attend as we can accommodate only five (5) photographers per class, since there will be a LOT of people present during General Rehearsals day.
