BUNGEE WORKOUT

Join us in this new way to fly! Learn the foundations of working out with the bungee, and how to move around with the harness. SCHEDULE:
Intro to Bungee Workout Wednesdays 5:30 pm

Learn the foundations of working out with the bungee in a pace perfect for first timers! Familiarize yourself with the motions of moving up and down and around with the harness, before elevating our movement with exercises like squats, jumps, and more! This class is perfect for newcomers and first timers!

Bungee Workout Fridays 7:00 pm

Learn the foundations of working out with the bungee, and how to move around with the harness. Understand how to become one with the apparatus and take advantage of the super muscle that you have. Discover the difference of doing regular exercises with a twist! Let the bungee take you to new heights, and perform beyond your expectations.

Bungee Tabata Saturdays 11:30 am

Tabata involves exercises done at maximum effort for 20-seconds, followed by 10-second rest time. Combine the structure of tabata with the fun elements of bungee and you will have the ultimate cardio and endurance workout! This class is open to all levels including first timers.

Bungee Dance Saturdays 11:30 am, October

Are you ready to take your bungee skills to the next level of fun? Bungee Dance class is all about mixing basic bungee exercises with playful variations and combinations, all set to our favorite dance tracks. This class is open to all levels including first timers!

PLEASE SEND: Upon signing up, for class, email us info@polecatsmanila.com with your height and wieght. We need this info to assign you to a harness and to rig safely. The bungee cord size is directly proportional to the weight it has to support, while the height would allow us to gauge how high we need to rig your bungee.

ATTIRE: Please wear comfortable leggings or cycling shorts, a sports bra, tank top or shirt that is not too loose, and supportive athletic shoes that you can run and jump with safely. As the bungee harness can cause friction around the hip flexors, we also recommend doubling up your leggings with cycling shorts, or wearing thicker shorts on top such as ones made of neoprene. Alternatively, you can bring something you can use to pad the straps of the harness (like seatbelt straps).

NOTE: The first 15 minutes of the class will be used for rigging/setting up the students into the bungee. The class will begin after the set up time.

  3. Receive the SALES RECEIPT email. You will receive this within 2-3 hours of doing Step 2. Check your email that you have gotten this, and that means the credit has been allocated to your account!

  4. BOOK THE CLASS on Mindbody. Once you’ve received the credit, you can book the class!

Location

22nd Floor, Strata 100, F. Ortigas (formerly Emerald) Ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Strata 100 is beside Coffee Bean and Ortigas Park. There are building entrances on F. Ortigas Ave., and on Ruby Road.
Best option is to park in The Podium Mall, and then walk to the building (allot 20 minutes). There are open parking lots with limited slots around the area as well.

Reminders

  1. Please arrive EARLY. For safety reasons, latecomers are not allowed to join class for any reasons. 

  2. Remove all jewelry, and put it inside your bag before the start of class.

  3. Please finish your last meal around 2-3 hours before class so you have energy, but are not extremely full.

  4. You can rebook or cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Within 12 hours of the class, the credit is considered taken.
