INTRO CLASSES at Polecats Manila

Pole, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, and aerial silks - these can be intimidating when you enter a class and don’t know what to expect. These INTRO classes are designed to welcome first timers to a life of flying by explaining foundation moves, mounts, climbs, and more! Class starts out with a warm-up, and conditioning exercises on the apparatus. At the end of class, we put everything we learned into a routine. Join us for these intro classes now!

INTRO TO POLE Thursdays 5:30 pm. Learn pole tricks and spins for first timers and beginners! Learn to climb the pole, and become stronger with this fun apparatus! Please do NOT wear lotion the night before and the day of the class. Please wear short shorts, sports bra, and comfortable top. Class is conducted barefoot.
INTRO TO SENSUAL POLE Mondays 7:30 pm. Feel amazing in this choreography class where we learn sensual movements with the pole! Get in touch with your sensuality with body waves, leg waves, and more, while in the company of supportive classmates and teachers! Wear knee pads, socks and/or platform heels.
INTRO TO YOGA Mondays, Fridays 8:00 am. Learn foundations for yoga moves.
INTRO TO AERIAL HAMMOCK Wednesdays 7:00 pm. Get to know the aerial hammock! This apparatus is a fabric sling, and we use this to create shapes and sequences in the air. Learn upright tricks for first timers and put them together in a short sequence. Please wear cotton leggings, sports bra, and a comfortable top with sleeves.
INTRO TO AERIAL SILKS Mondays 6:00 pm. Get to know the aerial silks! These are two long fabrics that reach the floor and that we learn how to climb! Learn standing tricks on the silks, as well as how to become stronger to do more tricks in air! Please wear cotton leggings, sports bra, and a comfortable top with sleeves.
INTRO TO AERIAL HOOP Sundays 12:30 pm. Get to know the aerial hoop! This metal loop spins and with this movement, we create beautiful shapes in the air! Learn how to mount the hoop, how to spin, and some tricks for first timers. Please wear leggings, sports bra, and a comfortable top with sleeves.

  3. Receive the SALES RECEIPT email. You will receive this within 2-3 hours of doing Step 2. Check your email that you have gotten this, and that means the credit has been allocated to your account!

  4. BOOK THE CLASS on Mindbody. Once you’ve received the credit, you can book the class!

Location

22nd Floor, Strata 100, F. Ortigas (formerly Emerald) Ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Strata 100 is beside Coffee Bean and Ortigas Park. There are building entrances on F. Ortigas Ave., and on Ruby Road.
Best option is to park in The Podium Mall, and then walk to the building (allot 20 minutes). There are open parking lots with limited slots around the area as well.

Reminders

  1. Please arrive EARLY. For safety reasons, latecomers are not allowed to join class for any reasons. 

  2. Please do not apply lotion or any hand and body oils on the night before and the day of class.

  3. ATTIRE:Pole - short shorts, sports bra, comfortable top Aerial Hoop/Silks/Hammock - cotton leggings (no zippers), sports bra, well-fitted top with sleevesSensual Pole/Floor - pole attire, knee pads, platform heels or socks

  4. Remove all jewelry, and put it inside your bag before the start of class.

  5. Please finish your last meal around 2-3 hours before class so you have energy, but are not extremely full.

  6. You can rebook or cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Within 12 hours of the class, the credit is considered taken.
