What is Stellar? 
STELLAR is our annual student showcase, and this year, we were going to hold it a huge show in a theatre on July 25, Saturday. We are still celebrating that day, but in a different way this time! 

How will this year’s celebration work? 
Book and attend any of our online classes from July 6-12. You’ll see a list of classes included below. Join any of those classes, take a video of yourself doing the exercises or the dance, and upload it online [link and deadline for this will be sent by your teacher]. 

We will create class videos for all our classes, in celebration of how our community has come together. Save the same date - July 25 for our release of all the videos and our online watch party. Details of this to follow.

Guidelines for Students

  1. Videos must be in landscape format. That means the video is longer horizontally. 

  2. Choose the cleanest corner or background to take your videos, so that YOU are the star of the show. 

  3. Make sure your whole body [and other props like a chair for Hot Seat, or blocks, or mat for other classes] is visible in the video. Make sure your head isn’t cut out!

  4. Find your light! Try to light the room a little brighter or clearer for the video. Again, so that YOU are the star!

  5. Charge your device before class, and clear some phone memory. Use the highest resolution on your device.

  6. Your teacher and moderator will send the links in which you can upload your videos in a folder in a dedicated Google drive. They will send this link in the class Zoom call. Please use your First Name and Last Name as the file name of your video when you upload.

  7. At the end of your video, include a few seconds of you waving or clapping at the camera for our curtain call!
