Aerial Hammock

Mirrel began her aerial journey through pole fitness at one of Polecats Manila’s partner studios in Makati. At the time, her practice focused exclusively on pole, but after relocating to Quezon City, she discovered other aerial disciplines, including hoop and silks.

In 2019, she was introduced to aerial hammock and immediately fell in love with the apparatus. When Polecats Manila began offering hammock classes, she embraced the opportunity to further develop her skills within the supportive, familiar, and safety-focused environment she had come to trust.

Her dedication to the art has led to competitive success. In 2025, Mirrel earned a Silver Medal in the Hammock Level 4 Adult Division at the Aerial Star Competition and a Gold Medal at the Aerial Elite Virtual Competition.

Beyond aerial hammock, Mirrel continues to train and refine her skills in aerial hoop, aerial silks, and pole, embracing the unique challenges and artistry of each apparatus.
