Class Package Guidelines

Eligibility

Both private class and group class packages are eligible to freezing for medical reasons and accompanied by a medical certificate from your doctor.

Process

Request for freezing packages should be sent via the form below. Please include the medical certificate from your doctor, the request must be sent before your package expires.

Limitation

Freezing may be done only ONCE for each package, with a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. Complimentary classes and one week unlimited packages are not eligible for class extension.
