6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Splits Intensive (120 minutes)
If you want to improve your leg flexibility for better splits, this workshop is a must! Learn how to work on conditioning drills, hip openers, passive stretches, exercises with a chair, front and back leg flexibility exercises to increase leg elasticity for better splits and oversplits.

8:15 pm - 10:15 pm - Backbends and Balances (120 minutes)
This session will teach the proper and safe technique to stretch your back without forcing the body. We will work on the C shape of the back -  the neck, upper, middle and lower back flexibility, together with hips flexors and back conditioning drills for healthier backbends. This workshop includes intro to cheststands and forearm scorpion excercises. 

Rate: Php 2000 per person per workshop.


A certified Pole Dance Instructor, Showgirl and Flexibility coach in Paris, Cynn Davila grew up in Mexico practicing Contemporary Dance. She moved the the United States to expand her knowledge in Dance and Flexibility. She lived in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York, where she studied under a variety of teachers like Isaac Pena, David Owen, Talia Sutra, Nobutaka Mochimaru and others. After several years of flecibility experience, she created her own technique to help others. Currently, she is training with the Contemporary Graham technique with Maggie Boggart in Paris.
