Pole Beginners 1

For Women | First timers welcome!  
An empowering hour of fitness and fun! You will learn the foundations of pole dancing, like basic spins, transitions, and climbs. These will all lead to simple tricks on the pole. You will eventually do simple inverts, and enjoy a life upside down! Reminders: Please do not wear lotion on the day you attend class. Wear short shorts, and come 20-30 minutes before the class starts. Late comers will not be permitted.

Pole Beginners 2

For Women | You will continue to work on the foundations learned from Beginners 1, to lead to more inverts and combinations of tricks on the pole! New spins and climb variations will also be explored, as you feel more comfortable moving upside down and around the pole.

Pole Intermediate 

For Women | Time to level up! You will learn different grips for spinning, and more difficult ways to mount the pole. Expect to learn more challenging inverts, flips, and combinations of tricks, all while developing your own style of moving around the pole.

Pole Mixed Levels

For Men and Women | Continue your pole journey with us! Review the foundations of pole fitness and learn new tricks, with classmates at different levels. Eventually discover the fun of a life upside down with more intermediate tricks! Men and women welcome.

Men's Pole Fitness

For Men | Open to all levels, including first timers!

Pole fitness can be for men, too. Learn lifts, climbs and tricks that are geared towards acrobatics and strength and endurance training. Reminders: Please do not wear lotion on the day you intend to come to class. Wear short shorts, and a comfortable t-shirt. Come 20-30 minutes before the class starts. Late comers will not be permitted to take class.

Aerial Silks

For Men and Women | Open to all levels, including first timers! 

Take your workout up a notch with our Aerial Silks classes! You will learn the foundations of the sport with simple standing and seated moves, and some basic inverts. Class starts with aerial conditioning to build up the necessary strength for the more intermediate moves. Reminders: Wear long sleeved cotton shirt, and cotton leggings until your ankles. Arrive 20-30 minutes before the class starts. Late comers will not be permitted.

Aerial Hoop

For Men and Women | Open to all levels, including first timers!

Learn to fly on an Aerial Hoop! You will first learn the basics mounts, tricks, and transitions, before moving on to more complicated poses and routines on this apparatus. Class starts with aerial conditioning to develop the strength for the more intermediate moves. Soon, you'll be spinning, and flipping, gracefully in the air! Reminders: Wear long sleeved cotton shirt, and cotton leggings until your ankles. Arrive 20-30 minutes before the class starts. Late comers will not be permitted.

Spinny Pole 

For Men and Women | Beginners welcome, but not for first timers.

It's pole class with an added edge! Learn how to control momentum and speed while doing tricks on a spinning pole. Learn techniques, moves, and trick combinations, all while keeping control of your force around the pole. Speed up, slow down, all in a day's workout!

Flexibility

 

For Men and Women | Open to all levels, including first timers!

Let's explore where our bodies can go! Learn exercises that combine strengthening and active flexibility to complement pole and aerial tricks. Develop full range of motion, as well as the stability to use these movements on the pole.
Reminders: Bring a yoga mat, and water. Wear leggings, and a comfortable top. Drink lots of water before the class! Latecomers will not be allowed to enter.

Become a more well-rounded pole dancer! This class will focus on choreography, with routines that will improve on your movement, coordination and confidence on the pole. Combine your flow with familiar tricks and spins, while exploring different dance styles and ways to move!

Explore dance in heels, on a chair, or purely on the floor! Learn different styles and techniques from your teachers, all with the aim to make you more comfortable in your own skin. Let's #moveallways!
